We are a fully funded, UK founded Human Experience Analytics Company.
Our vision is to make the digital world work properly for everyone everywhere all of the time and in doing so bring equality through parity of digital experience.
We are executing on this vision by empowering senior "people” executives in the world's largest organisations to use actionable data to improve the wellbeing of employees, reduce digital inequalities, drive business efficiency, mitigate risk and help meet their ESG and DE&I obligations.
Our focus and funding puts us in an excellent position as we transition from start-up to scale up.
Following a successful placement to raise an additional £10m in funding we are expanding and augmenting our existing channel focused sales force with a select group of Enterprise focused “Hight touch” Consultative Sales Professionals.
Supported by a dedicated and well-funded marketing team this is a new business / hunter role suited to an individual who thrives on personal success and has a desire to be part of an emerging market of human experience analytics.
As well as enjoying all the benefits and the excitement of joining an embryonic market the successful candidate will help take a scale-up company to becoming a leading human experience analytics provider and in doing so define their own career.
You will work in a collaborative environment built on trust and empowerment. With the support of colleagues across the organisation you will manage your own business to meet assigned KPI’s and goals.
Your reward in addition to the personal satisfaction of shaping a market and building a company, will include an uncapped commission plan and an incentive-based share scheme.
