The Role

Following a successful placement to raise an additional £10m in funding we are expanding and augmenting our existing channel focused sales force with a select group of Enterprise focused “Hight touch” Consultative Sales Professionals.

Supported by a dedicated and well-funded marketing team this is a new business / hunter role suited to an individual who thrives on personal success and has a desire to be part of an emerging market of human experience analytics.

As well as enjoying all the benefits and the excitement of joining an embryonic market the successful candidate will help take a scale-up company to becoming a leading human experience analytics provider and in doing so define their own career.

You will work in a collaborative environment built on trust and empowerment. With the support of colleagues across the organisation you will manage your own business to meet assigned KPI’s and goals.

Scope

  • Reports to the Chief Customer Officer, as part of the Enterprise Sales Team
  • Be a Human Experience visionary, taking a challenger approach to disrupt the way HR and Employee Experience data is used today
  • Enable your portfolio of prospects to maximise the experience of their employees
  • Manage your personal time to build strong client relationships
  • Manage your own portfolio of prospects to achieve specified personal KPI’s and enable Actual Experience’s stated vision and goal
  • Work closely with colleagues across the business to enjoy mutual success

Skills Profile

Essential:
  • 5+ years business to business sales
  • New business experience and desire to continue this focus initially as an individual contributor with potential to move to a sector lead
  • Experience of selling high value solutions to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to demonstrate a consultative type sales approach
  • Trained and adept at using a “challenger type” sales methodology e.g. SPIN & experience of solution selling
  • Ability to manage and motivate a virtual team in a sales campaign
  • Proficient in general business IT tools (Google, Microsoft etc)
Desirable:
  • Technology / software sales
  • Partner sales model experience
  • Deep experience in one or more vertical markets

  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Driving license
